At that time the board were looking for $7 per share and since then they have bought quite a lot of extra coal properties have put in a longwall miner which will increase output considerably and invested in more export facilities in Newcastle,Nathan Tinkler might think he is getting a company on the cheap but I cant see the board looking at anything under $9 but I dont know who does the valuation on these things.
