Correct me if i am wrong.... so assuming they taking up RMV for $11b, then plus current market cap ~ $38b company.
REA npat ~$461m + RMV npat ~$400m = $800m
So this will make the PE coming down from 58 to 47? Plus making it a true global diversified player?
