I think the upside is charging say 5K per listing, versus 3K per office. IF AFR article is right. So a busy office might pay 50K in a great month?
Would take many years to creep up prices
But long term revenues could go up a lot if they start getting what they get in OZ? 66M people in UK also.
Huge upside if they can replicate charging in UK. Plus cheap buying because of high valuation of REA.
