They did say in the near future and used the word shortly. I don't think this will be as long as some think with them wanting to move forward.
I personally would like creditors and shareholders to accept what ever offer they put on the table instead of them just winding up the company with us shareholders getting nothing.
It would be much better to get something and keep the company alive than get nothing and this way we don't know what might happen in the future with the price one day returning to a decent value?
