Pretty much got it in one ! Lots of arguments both for and against re whether it is a benefit. In case of INR where realistically the business will be operated within USA then can imagine local prices and activity will eventually become the main focus. Just as a guess I am hoping this announcement (was apparently planned for earlier release if my memory serves) will be followed by a couple of others as things begin to ramp up. Would not be a good look to list the ADR's and then not have activity so that we watch the price slide.
