Not saying there has been insider trading and/or market manipulation did, or did not, occur. I'm confused as to how director(s) of the company can benefit can from a falling share price?
This is Jimmie's bread and butter - would it not be in his best interest to see the company share price increase and benefit from increased net worth?
On the contrary, IF insider trading/market manipulation was involved to artificially decrease the share price, what's their motive behind this?
Just my opinion, although insider trading/market manipulation seems a bit far fetched it cant be ruled out until such evidence proves otherwise. In the mean time, do your research, sit tight and be patient if you still believe in this company. Only invest however much you're willing to lose otherwise you're just gambling.
All the best fellas!
