Vaxxing in Thailand has not gone smoothly, but a high percretage done is realistic for the 4th quarter.

"Thailand's Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha last month set a target of 100 million vaccine doses to be administered by the end of the year. Most of those -- 61 million -- are expected to be AstraZeneca doses produced locally by royal-owned company Siam BioScience.The country has faced criticism from opposition leaders for being overly reliant on one supplier and over concerns of a lack of supply. Thailand wants to vaccinate 70% of the population by the end of the year, but so far only about 4% of its 69 million people have received at least one dose." (June 14)

Cases in Cambodia are still taking off, but the roll out of vaccines has been quite good.

"Almost 18% of Cambodia’s population of 16.5 million people have been fully vaccinated with two doses, while a quarter of its population have received a single dose.Cambodia hopes to reach herd immunity with 10 million people vaccinated by the end of the year and it wants to reopen its tourism industry in the fourth quarter to fully vaccinated tourists."

Splitting up the repayments will help preserve capital in the shorter term, especially with the last repayment being the largest. If the casinos can reopen in a couple of months DNA will hopefully be able to trade out of it like it was on track to do before the major outbreaks in Thailand and Cambodia. If the casinos are closed for another 5 or 6 months DNA probably will need more cash for working capital. I think with a vaccine cert, Thais will hopefully be able to cross over to Poipet in the 4th Quarter, with normalish operations early next year.
