    agreed, I think this shows the vendor is reluctant to pour more equity in at this stage but obviously happy to head to the top of the queue. Not exactly a ringing endorsement/statement of confidence.

    was considering buying back in but feel the thought of being screwed over as a minority holder is keeping me away for now.
