I'd imagine Cambodia and Thailand will be vaccinated enough in a few months to be able to resume business fairly normally. Might still need some more working capital depending on how long the shut down / cash burn lasts. This is a suprisingly good outcome for minority shareholders, the director loan pays the debt, and the 7.8m (30 March) hopefully can be enough for another few months.
