exactly. IMO we now own a shelf company, but the good thing is the major SHs are the Ahmed brothers, AG & Kelvin. IMO they way I see it, they won’t sell their shares irrespective as they will have de facto a shelf listed ASX company where they can in the future inject another asset or assets with or without JB at the end of the table ?!
