Also you need a buffer ( extra) as if you fall under the 5% you must immediately cancel the substantial shareholders notice.
Without the notice they dont need to answer ANY questions from shareholders.
So imo you would need at least 150 mill shares from dedicated holders.
That's a big ask.
So much time and so little to do.
