Everything is tied in together. (i) The auditors won't sign their report until all needed information is presented. (ii) The Annual Report can't be presented until the auditors sign off, and (3) the Annual General meeting won't be held until the Annual Report is published. The question is........how was this mess allowed to happen in the first place?
And even so, this is no excuse for the directors not being able to provide a detailed business update!! I, for one, expect better from our directors.
