Me thinks they have trouble getting information from their wide number of channels, out of the 23 provinces with the ongoing battle with Covid 19 in China. Remember, China is huge and recently millions of mobile numbers have switched off, presumably dead. I'm not surprised if people who have the infomation are stuck in quarantine or not living anymore.
