I think it was, but I am hesitant about the price and the debt financing for it. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt on what I thought was possibly too much and costly to finance because of CSL's record in successfully integrating mergers historically, which tends to be a factor of firm culture rather than the business acquired, If you have done it before multiple times you are more likely to have a culture that makes it work than not.
