"NPAT up 20% at constant currency sounds good."
You clearly just looked at the headline number without even for a minute scanning the financial accounts to discern the underlying quality of the that NPAT number.
You might look no further than the NPAT number, but the market is a bit more discerning than that; the market looks at how that NPAT number was achieved.
And, having done so myself, I have to say that, in terms of accounting quality, my assessment is that this is not one of CSL's cleaner set of accounts.
