    Can someone pls explain EL06870 the large red tenement in the map on pg 3, is that definitely svy’s? I understand they won in it in the 2019 tender auction?

    but why are they still refereeing to it as Victorian tender process? Do they have a special condition on that?

    any insights appreciated.
