I have not heard anything about progressing the scoping study for quite some time. My recollection from the last discussion (Middle of last year) was that it was very difficult to proceed with such a thing when quotes for building and uncertainty regarding supplies made it virtually impossible and it was best, at that time, not to proceed with a study.
Maybe things are settling with regard to getting reliable and realistic quotes and it is worth putting back on the "To do list."
I have not heard anything about progressing the scoping study...
