So, insignificant cash for purchase, something for Stavely employees to focus on during Victoria's "Wet season" and consistent with Stavely's core values of being involved with the increasing demand for sustainable world energy supply and geological exploration risk based on best practice. The fact that Chalice mining basically accepts Stavely shares as payment is a huge vote of confidence in their belief in Stavely and their company. Not too many down sides as far as I can see.
