Well I’m just lost for words as far as this deal is concerned Mr Cairns. You buy the land and associated buildings for $3.6m and sell it for $1.865m before costs of selling.
Great investment after losing half our money on the deal and mind you let’s not forget that the property market around Australia has gone up leaps and bounds over the last 2 years and we still manage to not even get our money back but lose 50% of it!! Wtf is going on here??
He states in the announcement today that “The sale of the property after fees and debt repayment will provide a modest return of capital to the Company”
Does he really think that we are stupid?? You need to have a good look at yourself as you have crucified
SVY with bad decisions, raising funds from around $1.00 down to 3c on numerous occasions since September 2019 and dwindled this down to virtually nothing currently and having to raise again at probably 2c or less. Good luck with that by the way.
In the meantime while there is still some money left keep paying your salaries to yourself and fellow directors for doing absolutely nothing. I really don’t know how you sleep at night!!
