I may be reading it wrong so will welcome any corrections. The way I read it, the SPP should not be more than 5.14 but can go lower depending on the average price of trading during the SPP open period. Is that correct or the lowest it can be is 5.14? [it says' to the price that is 1% lesser of the average 5 days trading up to the closing date??']
