I can't answer your question but goodness, the only people I know who continue in their occupation beyond 75 (apart from a few in senior corporate life such as the Lindsay Foxes of the world, typically the founder(s) of what has grown into a large corporate entity) are hardworking Catholic Priests, one of whom I know at age 86 (!) is still going strong ministering at least part time to Australians.
Most of us want to retire by 67. For males, the median age of death for males is about three years lower than for the fairer sex.
By all accounts, Mr Kelly has a stellar reputation. One would hope there's some sort of a succession plan in place.
