On the other hand though, there are many that never rise, and some that fall off the bottom rung of the ladder.

I reckon that each of the 5 said company's bosses would have caused angst to holders at one time or another causing them to perhaps sell and blast the bosses on hot copper before doing so. Some would have continued to blast but still hold, as we see here.

Here, I can sympathise with some such posters who express their individual frustration with how slow things move with exploration and reporting meaty stuff are concerned. Those things annoy me too, but as I am a believer that SPQ could become a company just like any of the above, I hold and generally hold my tongue.

Regarding whingeing and complaining here on SPQ HC (we have some thorny ones who do nothing but whinge), I can't see the point of it as it surely would have no effect on management where the MD and Chairman hold in excess of 100m shares between them. It might ease the frustration, but the other side of the coin is that it bloody well really annoys some holders and posters like me. Instead, vent your anger directly to the company as a shareholder. Be constructive though. Try to get inside the tent.

Management couldn’t care less about their shares, as they got all of those for free, not a single penny of their pockets in the company (except for Peter’s magnanimous 900 bucks).

As long as they keep getting their remuneration packages, the shares are irrelevant. They can only win, never lose on the SP.

That is why they don’t give a f* about the SP.

If shareholders voted to cancel or reduce their remuneration package, you would see real movement.

Until that moment, this is just another lifestyle company.
