You would think that it would make sense to spend money on drilling the 2 CEI holes first, then claiming the $300k asap after 30 June - as opposed to drilling them after Steam Engine where there is no subsidy then drilling Bottletree CEIs (must start by 16 September) and then having to wait some time to get the $300k.
