I am definitely happy to wait for the scoping study if it means getting it done right but I also can see how it's said to be overdue. The date they have said it will be completed has been pushed out several times already. The latest being due to the upgraded MRE.
I still believe there is no rush though. The real money isn't to be made on the scoping study
