Not sure how the system works over there but IMO a PO is a non issue. It could come the day of delivery or just before. Feel the relationship there is strong and no need to have one days or weeks in advance.

IMO there is a possibility of other things (we think we know what they are) being discussed negotiated in the background that we are unaware of at this time. Hope so anyway. This could ultimately affect the value of PO.
