In my experience, the process of commissioning such heavy plant is often plagued by major delays - two or three weeks is nothing, NSL have done well to reign in any delays for the duration of this project.
Also, regarding the desperation of management, NSL have had the same volume of the announcements for years. After the first phase 1 & 2 announcement, the news flow was steady all the way from 0.5c to 2 and back. You can't complain about too much news, even if Mr Market doesn't care.

I wouldn't mind hearing news about them developing their coal tenements, since the price has surged so much.
