andhra pradesh is newly born state(province) in India, it is divided recently , used to be Andhra pradesh
now it is Telengana and Andhra pradesh. telengana state keeps the capital so andhra pradesh has to build new capital which is name as AMARAVATHI, now i come to the point, Chandrababu Naidu is chief minister of state governement of andhrapradesh. He is very wise man, he likes to deal with developed asian countries to help in AP, he has vision, he sure welcome foreign companies to help develop new state AP, so NSL is in the right place in my opinion
