Two things I will add.

First is another example of Tata "green" cred. The actual Mr Tata in Tata has been going around India setting up solar power generation in poor areas. He sees it as a good way to bring electricity to the poverty stricken. So right at the top you have someone who likes "green"

Second is that Corus have specifically singled out the new Solar and Indulation projects being run in Wales as their ticket out of the GFC. So I agree with triage, they will be behind this project all the way if it is working.
