It would be nice to see what the positive benefits the mine will bring to the South African local community. There's not much in the presentation at all about the local community. I don't see how a mining company could expect to mine there for 170+ years without developing strong ties to the local community.

How about making a commitment of 50/50 in terms of employment? 50% foreign experts matched with 50% locally born South African (ideally from the closest town to the mine) employees.

Might be difficult to do at the start, especially when you just want to get into it and start working but something to think about for the long-term viability of the mine.
