Yes capital will be needed, the company has never raised badly the whole time I've been holding (since TNO days) so hopefully they can stick to their strategy of using strategic investors with vested interest in the project willing to pay a premium price.
It's tempting to buy at these prices, but the uncertainty over the commodity price/global steel demand is weighing heavily.
