I think it's only a June write off if they are de-registered. I heard they paid off Madhu, not quite the $600k he was seeking. But they have been able to claw money from somewhere, with nil funds in the bank. In terms of someone taking them on, it costs about $100k to mount a civil case - I speak from experience here. I fail to see why shareholders should be throwing more money after bad, surely that's what ASIC is for??????
