Correct, good pickup sura, he did flag the likelihood of this round of equity funding first (before debt funding) over a year ago at the 2022 AGM to enable long lead item ordering and suchlike, and even noted that it would seem somewhat unconventional to do so. Worth tagging @hooteroo perhaps, who wondered aloud in their video discussion why Vulcan went about the raise now when it already had a stack of cash in the bank.
