those who know the history of VUL and its connections to numerous German and EU bodies and connections of vulcan staff to all those important relevant bodies will have a more confident of this project getting finance than who don't.
IMO main hurdle i see is the proving the technology though so far nothing negative from that front, once that box ticked, I'm very confident considering bigger picture,funding side will not be a worry and nothing stops vulcan becoming the European biggest lithium producer.
