Sub 60 isn't crazy if the market doesn't believe one word that tumbles out of the CEO's mouth after two years of, what shall we say, mis-truths? I strongly suspect that is the reason for the lack of SP reaction. Fortunately, the solution is very simple. Unfortunately, I think a certain ego will prevent the cure.
