I should probably do this research myself, but anyone know who the independent directors on the Board are?
Is it time for shareholders to write to each of them and ask whether they are happy with the company's communication with shareholders over the past 2 to 3 years? They must now clearly hear what the market is saying, and if the negativity is not due to a lack of faith in management then what is it?
A Q&A between management and shareholders will not help if investors continue to believe that management are not being open and honest.
