I would add, and this is purely my own musings, that Stellantis and GM, don't give two hoots about the management. All they want is the resource. If not careful and again this i just my musings, but E25 and by default management need to really step up, especially at this juncture and if not them, then someone else to take it to next level.
If not, then someone else will come in and steal the asset for say 20,25,30% (whatever) premium, which still massively undervalues the project, particularly so given the current market cap.
