    re: Ann: Stellar Securities Issues Research U... imho, price targets from brokers that far above the current price are taking the micky and should be treated as such. Where they got a POS of 70 from for HW3 i don't think anyone knows, but last time i checked it was an appraisal well.

    Good to see some early support this morning and look like hitting 20c, after a low of 17.5c y/day.
