Of course it is the lowest confidence feasibility, howler it gives a framework and a general gauge on the costs associated and the processes involved. Hence why the metallurgical results of Vmm is critical to get close to Mei. If phase 1igns with Mei, and the Mei scoping study places Mei at the lower end of the cost curve, the Vmm sp will start moving in the right direction.
