    Open cut followed by high grade underground with Sb to reduce AISC. This is shaping up to be SPR 2. Don't usually fall for the fad elements like Niobium, that hasn't increased in price for ten years but, Sb is used in Bullets and the World needs billions of them for the upcoming wars.
