I believe the easy answer is that its not 6-7 months. In some cases it has been over 2 years.( look for SB's post a few days back ) The decision was made early on to not spend the 2 years and untold millions. The plan was to get to production early so we could get to market when it was hot. A lot has changed since then, the market has cooled and perhaps BAPE has worked on shortening the time to get approvals. My personal opinion is if a couple hundred citizens can derail a project in Quebec then perhaps Quebec does not want it. Maybe they prefer oil sands and coal who knows. I am holding my shares, there are options for this company and they will pull it off - I do believe they traded a 2 year delay for a 3 year delay and that is a bit of a problem because the next decisions are going to be made by most of the same people who botched this up.
