Is SYA revising their submission to stay below 2000T ?
I think this should be the last shot. If it still does not work, then the next viable step is to leave A project, saving resources to work on other areas.
On hindsight, SYA should have moved on when the CEO and institutions left, instead of cooking up a reason to play down the real issue. Retail investors, unfortunately can only make guesses and stay positive to no good effect.
