I think they should have started with a voluntary BAPE. Even then I am not sure they would get approved. I talked with a friend from Canada about it and he said they would never get consent with a mine that close to a famous water source. He said, especially in the French part of Canada, whom he referred to as tree huggers. I sold after he told me at a loss.
I do think there is a long term play for SYA in WA and i will be keeping them on my watchlist, but now is not the time.
