just my opinion - it could come anytime but I think it will be later in year and with Xmas etc then not sure we can get the financing done and dusted in 6 or so weeks till Xmas. Unless the finance is nearly done and pending the govt announcement but this appointment doesn't indicate that the way I read it - just gotta buy and maybe hold longer until rerate . still hoping for a big Xmas
