    - more samples, -> further offtakes + final offtake contracts
    - finalise EPC contract and deferred payment (+ early engineering works start?)
    - pilot plant oxide runs
    -> gross margin determination
    -> finance negotiations

    meanwhile, back at base
    RAP execution
    in country vendor qualification and pending contracts
    early site works

    All ready to go ...
