Sorry mate, I don't feel like LKE holders want to fight, it is probably that some, more than a few, have seen what SP did and the way he did it, without regards for shareholders, and it is not the first time he has something to benefit himself. I personally thought the way he handled his LKE departure was very unprofessional, and think he should be unemployable - but that is my opinion having been watching him for the last few years. Steve opened the door for uncertainty and dissaray in the company, by the way that he quit over a weekend and selling all his shares within days. I don't believe the share price is a reflection of missing his stewardship.
This doesn't take away anything from QXR, which I know nothing about.
I would give him the benefit of the doubt, but keep him at arms length.

All my opinion of course, and again, does not reflect anything about QXR. I think some, including me have been left with a sour taste in our mouth after hearing him for years and then seeing how he behaved during his departure.
