    re: Ann: Stirling completes recapitalization ... Love the title - Monarch wins Gold....unfortunately gimicky titles and "promises" of untold wealth is the only thing Kiernan delivers shareholders...other than reality of declining shareprice, loss of capital etc...

    Somehow despite shareholders losing everything in his ventures, he comes out ok and onto the next venture...
