    re: Ann: Stirling completes recapitalization ... Whatever.....I did scan it - it was the "wins gold" which caught my eye...Monarch/Stirling who cares...it is just that a glitzy headline with lots of hype that delivers nothing more than that...or obvioulsy the point of my message was lost...

    I also saw all the lovely photo's of their big board and management team.....
