If I recall the investor preso from earlier this year correctly the forecast at that time was for a $6M ebitda in FY18, so assuming a mid-case contribution of $1.5M this would increase ebitda by 25% to $7.5M (if I also recall correctly the impact of this new agreement has not been included in previous forecasts). With debt of $3M (recent shareholder loan) and assuming maybe $1-2M cash so a net debt of let's say $2M that makes an EV of around $21M so an EV/ebitda of about 3 (happy for anyone better at those kind of numbers to correct me).

Your math seems on the mark. I am a little surprised to put it mildly that the share price hasn't picked up. Post the indie acquisition I feel the SP should be in the 5-6c range at least
