They have always talked of it as liquids first with associated gas reinjected; remaining gas gas produced afterwards. Standard oil/gas field strategy. The prime driver is that reinjecting the associated gas enhances oil recovery from just ~60% or so to 80%++ (actual improvement depends of oil, gas & reservoir properties) ... But there is major economic benefit to doing it that way.
