    Here is a layman's observation based on $8.00 a share for OSH.

    WPL has a MC of $21 billion.
    STO has a MC of $14 billion
    New company will have a MC of $22 billion.

    If you think OSH share price will recover to $8.00 before the new company would have a MC of $44 billion, then it's food for thought. J L.
